Description

Automatically measure heart rate and calculate heart rate index under quantitative load. To do this, the following steps must be taken:

1. Stand in front of the step.
2. Step on and off the step for 3 minutes following the test voice instructions.
3. After 3 minutes of exercise, put your finger in the heart rate monitor. This will then automatically measure your heart rate. The result will automatically appear on the LCD screen.
