The Step Tester 5000 Intelligent Series is a professional fitness assessment system designed to evaluate cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance. Using intelligent electronic technology, it delivers fast, objective and repeatable results for sports clubs, schools, healthcare providers and professional fitness testing facilities.

Automatically measure heart rate and calculate heart rate index under quantitative load. To do this, the following steps must be taken:

1. Stand in front of the step.
2. Step on and off the step for 3 minutes following the test voice instructions.
3. After 3 minutes of exercise, put your finger in the heart rate monitor. This will then automatically measure your heart rate. The result will automatically appear on the LCD screen.
