Using intelligent electronic technology, it delivers objective and repeatable results for sports clubs, schools, healthcare providers and fitness testing facilities.

The tester measures how far you can reach from a sitting position. This is an index for flexibility. You sit on the test area and press the footrest as far as possible while keeping your hands close together. The result appears on the LCD screen.
